The Princess Fritter: I Love Chewing Gum

I haven't really updated much in a while. I've had a lot of things I wanted to write about but there have been so many I just didn't know where to start. And I still don't. Expept that I think it's time to start a Lord of the Rings countdown. 5 days until Return of the Legolas (King). I think it should be called return of the Legolas so that it can be LOTR:ROTL. And yes I really said that because yes I'm that big of a geek.

I've been getting my shop on lately, both Christmas and otherwise. Hadn't planned on shopping much today but ended up buying almost an entire outfit and managed to buy a few Christmas presents too. Speaking of which, I would really appreciate it if certain people could just submit a short list of things they would like for Christmas. It'd really help me out. (You know who you are.) I tried to order some things online tonight--things I meant to order like two weeks ago--and it said they wouldn't be shipped until the 20th. That is far too late. I managed to find them somewhere else, but damn, why they gotta make it hard on a sista??

I pulled an all-nighter the other night. Haven't done that since some time towards the end of college. And even then I think I got more sleep. After giving Royal Tenenbaums another go I spent most of the night applying to med school. Er, I should say, working on someone else's med school app. After all that, I'm gonna be really sad if we don't get in. But we will. And then someone owes me the PhD half of that MD/PhD degree. Uh huh.

How is it so late already?? Try as I might I cannot go to bed early. Dammit. Not like I really have anything to get up for, but still. I guess I should go to bed and let the crazy dreams come. Yeah, to some degree the crazy dreams are back. Oh well.

The Y-chromosome is driving me bonkers.

Oh and per Sam and Lisa's comments on my previous blog: it was about drug pencils!! How did that turn into repping our coasts!?!?! (but since we are, four one feezy!!!)

'Elementary school students in upstate New York are especially fond of their new No. 2 pencils supplied by the Ticonderoga company because theyfeature the slogan "Too Cool to Do Drugs." By writing a lot, and sharpening them frequently, the message turns into "Cool to Do Drugs," and then simply "Do Drugs." Fourth-graders find this hysterical. '

I, as well, find this hysterical!! (Thanks Sam.)
